The Board of Directors of CSB Global, a leading academic and scientific organization, as well as a provider of training services, accreditation of best business practices and certification to international standards, plays a key role in the governance and strategic direction of the company. Headquartered in Madrid, Spain, with an international presence, the Board is committed to excellence and sustainable growth in all areas of operation.
Chairman: The Chairman is responsible for leading the Board, chairing meetings, and setting the strategic agenda. Additionally, he serves as a key liaison between the Board and senior management, ensuring effective communication and informed decision-making.
Directors and Advisors: The Board includes directors with expertise in a variety of areas relevant to CSB Global’s operations, such as education, science, business management, and international regulatory compliance. Advisors provide valuable outside perspective and offer expert guidance in specific areas as needed.
Given the international nature of CSB Global, the Board has appointed Local Directors in each country where the organization has a presence. These directors are well-versed in the specific needs and regulations of their respective markets, ensuring effective execution of the company’s global strategy at the local level.
The functions of the board of directors are as follows:
Strategic Oversight: The Board oversees and guides CSB Global’s overall strategy, ensuring that it is aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. This includes regular evaluation of training programs, business practices, and compliance standards to ensure relevance and continued excellence.
Risk Management and Compliance: The Board establishes policies and procedures for risk management and international compliance across CSB Global’s operations. This ensures that the organization operates ethically, transparently, and to the highest standards at all levels.
Senior Management Appointment and Oversight: The Board is responsible for selecting and supervising senior management, including the CEO, ensuring that they have the necessary experience and capabilities to successfully lead the organization in a dynamic and competitive environment.
The Board fosters a culture of innovation and excellence at CSB Global, encouraging research, development of new initiatives, and continuous improvement in all areas of activity.
Juan José Devesa, Chairman of CSB Global, is a business leader with an outstanding international track record in business expansion and development, with a specialized focus on technology and data protection. He began his career as a Delegate of Gesdatos España in Colombia and Business Developer Associate of the consulting firm Govertis España, demonstrating strategic skills to identify growth opportunities.
Mr. Devesa holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a specialization in Accounting from the Escuela de Alta Dirección (EADA Business School). He has also completed diplomas in Commercial Techniques, Communication and Marketing, as well as in New Technologies Applied to Training.
His experience as a consultant and senior auditor in personal data protection has made him an expert in cybersecurity, with a series of specialized courses from recognized institutions such as the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE) and the National Cryptographic Center of Spain (CCN). His knowledge in project management and mastery of tools such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and artificial intelligence position him as a leader capable of successfully leading organizations focused on the development of strategic services and regulatory compliance.
Arthuz Diaz Ortiz, CSB Global Advisor for Ibero-America. A professional and entrepreneur in the cybersecurity and cyber defence sector. His profile is distinguished by his extensive knowledge and certified experience in key international standards, as well as his membership in prestigious organisations in the field of cybersecurity. Mr. Diaz Ortiz is a certified specialist in ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, ISO 31000 Risk Manager, ISO 27032 Cybersecurity Manager, SCRUM Foundations, SCRUM Master Leader, Incident Handling Analyst, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. Arthuz is a highly proficient professional with extensive experience in a wide range of information security and cybersecurity disciplines. He is a certified Lead Auditor, CDFE, CPTE, CCSC, CEH, CHFI, ECSA, CEI and QCS.
With over 20 years of experience as a consultant and auditor in information security, cybersecurity and digital forensics, Arthuz has provided his services to private and governmental entities in Latin America and Europe. His ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as to implement effective information security solutions, has made him an invaluable resource for his clients.
In addition to his consulting work, Arthuz is a lecturer at various academic institutions and specialised research groups, where he shares his experience and knowledge with the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. His work with CSB Global in Ibero-America includes the development of advisory strategies and participatory academic development in the region.
Sergio Pinzón Amaya, Regional coordinator for Ibero-America is a Specialist in Projects and Lead Auditor under ISO/IEC 27001:2013 with over 30 years of experience in national and multinational companies. He has a solid background as a Systems Engineer, and his expertise spans IT, customer service, infrastructure, data migration, requirements gathering, software quality and certification, and interoperability.
He excels in leading, directing, and executing large-scale projects while efficiently managing IT processes. His analytical and critical skills are fundamental to developing efficient projects, and his ability to motivate teams makes him an effective leader. His commitment and responsible actions are constant in his professional career, making a difference in every project he undertakes.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is the author of books on software requirements and specifications, cybersecurity in software testing, software life cycle, digital transformation in strategic sourcing: From data to decision, Supply Position Model for Beginners, and sustainability in information technologies. These publications reflect his commitment to advancing and disseminating knowledge in his field of expertise.
David Núñez García, Director of Technology and Information Systems, is an expert in the management and administration of technological infrastructure. He has extensive experience in HVAC and water systems in healthcare environments and construction projects. As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, he has led the implementation of standards in HVAC installations for buildings, as well as in the safety of gas installations and hydraulic distribution systems.
David’s background in information security and IT risk management has enabled him to expand his expertise to software development using Dart and Flutter, which are key tools in iOS/Android application development.
His extensive knowledge of regulations such as ISO 27001 and schemes such as the ENS (National Security Scheme) for Spain and the NIS Directive in the European Union positions him as a cybersecurity leader, able to ensure the integrity and protection of CSB Global’s information systems in compliance with the most demanding national and international standards.
Airis Horta,Academic and international projects Advisor, Mr. Horta, is a Project Specialist with 19 years of experience in Capital Projects, focusing on project management, schedule management, costs, risks, and change management. He began his career in the oil and gas sector, also working in the segments of port logistics, iron mining, magnesite mining, and nickel mining. He has also worked in the beverage sector, applying project best practices to brewery expansions. Mr. Horta has professional experience in Brazil and Latin America, interacting with Directors/PMOs in the United States, Austria, London, and Mexico.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, with a graduate course in Project Management, and a MBA in Business Management. He has been a member of PMI since 2009 and has been volunteering at the PMI Sao Paulo Chapter since 2018. Airis holds the PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI) Certification since 2018.
Airis has participated in the Development, Planning, and Construction phases of Capital Projects (CapEx above 500 million dollars), implementing methodologies based on IPA (FEL) and PMBOK Guide (PMI). He is currently based in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Sebastián Elvio Suárez, Director of CSB Global Argentina, is a leader in business management consulting with a solid track record in the implementation of ISO standards and integrated management systems. As Managing Director of Excens Group, he has been responsible for leading, managing, and developing consultancies for companies, ensuring the highest quality standards in consulting and auditing.
Sebastián’s academic background includes an MBA in Business Management from Universidad Austral de Rosario and a Diploma in Risk Management from IRAM. This provides him with a solid knowledge of key areas of business management. Sebastián is a Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor certified in several ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 39001, and ISO 50001. He has successfully implemented management systems in over 50 companies, conducting over 200 audits.
His experience and competencies in consulting, auditing, and training in ISO standards make him an invaluable asset to CSB Global Argentina, where he will successfully lead the consulting and compliance services strategy, ensuring growth and excellence in the Argentinean market.
Kimberly Valeria Martinez Chambi , Director of CSB Global Bolivia, Business administration professional with a proven track record in managing, planning and executing projects in the academic, social, entrepreneurial and educational sectors.Her notable career includes playing a pivotal role in organising academic and entrepreneurship events, as well as coordinating environmental and community projects. She brings a strategic vision and a comprehensive approach to each initiative.She has contributed to numerous projects that demanded strategic planning, teamwork and complex problem-solving, consistently demonstrating leadership, proactivity and a commitment to achieving results. Her ability to efficiently manage resources and teams has been fundamental to the success of the activities in which she has participated.
She has advanced skills in digitisation and management of administrative documentation, key skills in process accreditation and institutional management, ensuring the optimisation of procedures and compliance with quality standards.

Pamella Penalva, Director of CSB Global Brazil. Ms. Penalva is a teacher with a specialty in basic education. She is a visionary and passionate leader with a solid academic background and an outstanding professional trajectory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the Federal University of Ouro Preto and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
With eight years of experience in planning English entertainment programs for children in multicultural environments, Pamella has demonstrated her ability to create stimulating and enriching environments. Subsequently, she dedicated herself to teaching English in bilingual schools in Brazil, where she stood out for her commitment to educational excellence and her inclusive approach.
Pamella is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, enabling her to interact effectively in international and multicultural environments. Her in-depth knowledge and application of positive discipline and the creation of personalized plans for students with special needs ensure inclusive and equitable learning for all students. Raúl Amaya, Director of CSB Global Colombia. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of risk management and compliance, with a solid and diversified career in the public and private sectors. Currently, he serves as Associate Project Manager in the areas of compliance, cybersecurity and corporate forensic investigations, in addition to holding the position of Executive Director of CSB Global for Colombia.
Mr. Amaya brings extensive experience as an advisor to the Corporate Compliance Department of Grupo Energía Bogotá and as a Personal Data Protection and Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LAFT) Risk Prevention Officer attached to the Ethics and Compliance area of Grupo Vanti. He has also held prominent roles in the private sector, including as a consultant in the Forensic Investigation and Disputes practice at Deloitte. In addition, he has over seven years of experience in the public sector, where he conducted investigations in the health sector, demonstrating his ability to address complex and sensitive challenges.
Raul has a strong background in data analysis, which has allowed him to develop a broad capacity in risk and fraud management. He has been involved in fraud risk assessment projects with an investigative approach and the implementation of corruption compliance programmes (FCPA), money laundering in the health and oil and gas sectors in countries such as Colombia and Peru.
José Cañizares Casaretto, Director of CSB Global Ecuador. He is an internationally recognised professional in the field of organisational development and team management, with a diversified background and extensive experience in coaching, high performance team building and leadership. He currently serves as Director of CSB Global in Ecuador, where he drives cultural transformation and talent development in organisations.
He has a strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Central del Ecuador in 1997 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador in 2002. Additionally, he has completed a Diploma in Marketing and Sales at the same university and a Diploma in Management Skills at INCAE. His teaching experience at SEK International University and ESPE (Innovativa) has enabled him to share his experience and knowledge in subjects such as Human Resources, Marketing and Agile Frameworks. As an agile facilitator, he has led training programmes in organisational development, business management, sales, marketing and e-commerce, equipping his students with the necessary tools to face the challenges of today’s business world.
José has also demonstrated his ability to develop commercial teams through continuous training processes based on individual diagnostics, strategic planning and the development of marketing plans. His focus on the development of hard and soft skills of leaders and teams, as well as his commitment to continuous improvement, make him an invaluable asset to CSB Global Ecuador. In addition, he has a wide range of certifications in coaching, management skills, innovation management and agile methodologies, supporting his experience and knowledge in the development of people and teams.
Mauricio Londoño, Director of CSB Global United States of America. A highly regarded academic and professional in the field of gastronomy, Mr Londoño has an impressive background spanning almost three decades of experience in the food industry, public relations and teaching. His extensive knowledge and skill in the culinary arts have led him to stand out as Executive Chef, where he has been recognised as a distinguished member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
In addition to his role as Executive Chef, Mauricio is an International Judge in culinary competitions, endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). He brings his expert judgment and passion for excellence to each evaluation, ensuring the highest standards are met. His commitment to quality and innovation in the kitchen has made him a reference in the international culinary community.
Mauricio is a highly accomplished individual in the culinary field, as well as a dedicated proponent of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He champions responsible and sustainable practices in the food industry. As a certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 Internal Auditor, he exemplifies his commitment to the highest standards of quality and environmental management in all areas of his work.

Ioan Dragos Nacu Nacu, Director of CSB Global Romania. A specialist in business strategy, with a comprehensive background in finance and law that supports his expertise in the business world. His professional career includes leadership and consulting roles, where he has demonstrated his ability to drive organisational success through innovative approaches and strategic solutions.
Ioan has a strong background in management, having previously held roles at Indasab Asesores y Abogados and currently serving as Executive Director of Law Liaison Advisors, S.R.L. He has demonstrated an ability to streamline processes and implement cutting-edge tax and financial strategies. His attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement have contributed to the growth and stability of the companies he has worked for.
Ioan currently serves as Interim Manager for several companies, where he brings his expertise in organisational restructuring and strengthening business networks. As a Consulting Director for BNI, Ioan has led key business development projects, focusing on the implementation of strategies that strengthen operational strategy and business expansion. Luis Rafael Gutierrez, Director of CSB Global Venezuela, holds a degree in International Trade and has over 15 years of experience in the field of cargo logistics, import, export and warehousing. His career is distinguished by its mixed approach to logistics, addressing both commercial and operational aspects with an unparalleled level of expertise.
Luis Rafael Gutierrez brings a wealth of experience in leading companies in integrated logistics worldwide, including DHL and KHUNE NAGEL. His expertise in customs legislation throughout Latin America, gained and applied in countries such as Peru and Venezuela, makes him a leading expert in the field.
In Peru, Luis Rafael led projects for courier type shipping companies from the main logistics hubs, including OHANA COURIER and SUPPLY CONTAINERS. He also specialised in international purchasing management, applying his experience from product search and development to post-production verification, in compliance with the highest global standards and certifications.
Mr. Rafael is currently the founder of MAO GROUP, an integrated logistics company that provides high-quality services and B2B and B2C training in foreign trade and customs.
Daniel A. Aron, Director of Content and Digital Media, has over 15 years of experience in the audiovisual field, with an outstanding track record working in television and audiovisual production companies for both the private and government sectors. He has led various departments, including technology, production, post-production, and operations in alternative media, including writing and production of news broadcasting.
Daniel’s expertise lies in the administration and management of new technologies related to editing, creation, production, and curation of digital content, as well as film and television formats. He is recognized as an expert instructor in audiovisual creation platforms and tools. His ability to lead teams and his deep knowledge of the field position him as a director capable of driving innovation and excellence in CSB Global’s digital media and content strategy.
