CSB Global is an international organization that specializes in accreditation of business best practices, compliance, and professional training. Our offices are located in Europe, and we collaborate with various organizations and professionals worldwide. CSB Global offers a comprehensive framework for accreditation and training that has been recognized by multiple organizations in different industries.
Organizations that use CSB Global methodological frameworks benefit from our experience in evaluating, adopting, and continuously improving their processes. We also provide international accreditation for their training processes and adoption of compliance models. Our goal is to strengthen the industry by integrating qualified human resources with responsible organizations that seek proper process management.

Canada as a Strategic Operations Hub for CSB Global in 2026
In 2026, Canada will be positioned as a central point of operations for CSB Global, strengthening its presence in North America through the development of strategic partnerships and collaborative programmes with organisations across diverse sectors. This initiative will support the promotion of complementary professional education and the adoption of Business Best Practices accreditation under the independent CSB Excel© framework, enabling companies to enhance their management maturity, service quality and continuous improvement practices. Working alongside local and international partners in British Columbia and other regions, CSB Global will contribute to the advancement of professional standards, organisational trust and sustainable value creation within the Canadian business and educational ecosystem.
Training to enhance competitiveness.
CSB Global Institute has established itself as the central hub for academic management and programme delivery within CSB Global, leveraging education and complementary training as strategic tools for business development. From 2025 onwards, this division will focus on designing and implementing international programmes in virtual and in-person certified education, tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse industries. These programmes combine innovative pedagogy with global quality standards, ensuring participants acquire the skills necessary to enhance their professional and organisational performance.
Complementary training is not a mere add-on; it is a cornerstone in the processes of business best practice accreditation and regulatory compliance. Since 2023, the partnership with CSB Global has provided the programme with international recognition, amplifying its reach and relevance. CSB Global is proud to be a part of the #IDDay initiative and to actively contribute to its objectives. The Identity Day (ID Day) campaign aims to achieve global recognition of September 16 as Identity Day, highlighting the importance of strong proof of identity. Launched in April 2018 during its Fourth Annual Movement Meeting in Abuja, Nigeria, this campaign aims to address the lack of a dedicated day to commemorate identity, which is a fundamental right and practical necessity in today’s digital age.
